Q: Why is the product flash frozen?

A: Flash frozen ensures the meat retains colour, texture and flavour.

 

Q: Why is the product vacuum packed?

A: Vacuum packing protects the product from
freezer burn and increases longevity.

 

Q: What is the best way to thaw out product?

A: Product should be kept in the fridge to thaw out overnight.
Alternatively, if you’re in a pinch, put sealed pouch in cold  or room
temperature water.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Your satisfaction is our guarantee! If for
whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will pick up
the product and give you a full refund, credit or exchange. Claim must be made within a 48 hour period of receiving the product

 

Q:Are your products cooked?

A: All products are delivered raw. Cooking is the fun part!

 

Q: Is there a minimum order

A: There is a minimum order of $200 to receive free delivery. A $25 delivery will apply for orders under $200 within the GTA.

 

Q: Will products be left at the front door if nobody is home to receive it?

A: No. Product is delivered frozen and should be placed in freezer as
soon as possible. We would only leave product with owners consent but
will not assume responsibility and therefore the return policy would not apply.

 

Q: What is your delivery schedule?

A: We will deliver Monday to Friday. Once you have placed an order a confirmation
delivery date will be set for your convenience.

 

Q: Can I cancel an order

A: Absolutely, as long as it is done the day before the scheduled
delivery.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept, etransfer, cash, visa, mastercard

 

Q: Can I pick up the order?

A: Yes, you can. The plant is located at 133 Milvan Drive in North York.
 

We are open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 3 pm.

 

Please arrange for pick upon placing your order.

 

No minimum order or delivery fee will apply.


Upon arrival, please call 416-473-9755 and someone will come out with
your order.
